Mindbody API v5 Shutdown Overview

Mindbody is deprecating its API v5 for all developers on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Because liveedit's built-in Mindbody integration relies on API v5, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue it on that same date. 

After June 30, liveedit's Mindbody Elements and built-in integrated pages will no longer pull data from Mindbody.

To continue offering a seamless Mindbody experience on your liveedit website, we recommend using Mindbody's Branded Web Tools, which are fully compatible with our platform. Branded Web Tool widgets are designed to be quick and easy to install! To help get started, please see our guides below.

Where to Replace liveedit Mindbody Elements and Links

The sections below walk you through each part of your website so you can get everything updated and running smoothly.

• Schedule Pages 
  Update your schedule page(s) to use the new Branded Web Tools Schedule Widget. Also, check your home page and any hidden pages, as schedule elements sometimes appear there as well.
  • New Schedule widget v2 setup and options (branded web widgets)
• Enrollment, Workshop, and Event Pages
  Any pages that display enrollments, workshops, or events will need to be updated with the Branded Web Tools Enrollment Widget.
  • Enrollment widget setup and options (branded web widgets)
• Appointment Pages
  Replace your appointments display with the Branded Web Tools Appointment Widget.
  • New Appointment widget v2 setup and options (branded web widgets)
• Class Description Pages
  Update any class listing or description pages with the Branded Web Tools Class List Widget.

• Staff Pages
  Replace your staff listing with the Branded Web Tools Staff List Widget.

• Forms 
  Any forms that previously sent data to Mindbody will still work as standard contact forms. If you'd like form submissions to continue flowing into your Mindbody account, we'll need to replace those forms with the Prospect Widget.

  Your login and account links will need to be updated to point to the new Branded Web Tools account link.

• Pricing, Checkout, and Buy Now Links 
  If your site has pricing boxes or buy now buttons, these will need to be updated. Checkout links must be placed in an HTML Element on the page. If yours are in a Text Element, recommend using Mindbody Consumer Mode links instead.

Can liveedit help me install the Branded Web Tool widgets?

Yes! We offer two ways to help. You can book a paid 20 or 50-minute appointment where a member of our team will walk you through the installation process over a Zoom screen share session, or if you'd prefer we handle it for you, we also offer paid design hour blocks. Please ensure you can access the Mindbody Branded Web Tool manager before booking a Support Appointment.

What features does Mindbody Branded Web Tools support compared to liveedit's custom integration? 

Mindbody's Branded Web Tool is based on their newer v6 API, which includes support for parent/family accounts, an improved appointment and class booking experience, contract purchase during a class booking, and much more.

Will my monthly pricing be changing? 

Monthly subscriptions will remain the same at this time.  

Do you support other integrations besides Mindbody 

Yes! Most popular mindbody alternatives offer widgets or booking links that can be used on your website. For example, WellnessLiving, MeriaTek, and Momence are some popular alternatives we've seen used over the years. 

What will happen with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tracking for Mindbody?
