What’s Not Covered

  • Creating a brand new liveedit account. 

  • Updating billing info or reactivating a past account. 

  • Design changes, such as swapping out color schemes or changing template coding. If you are interested in a redesign, we do offer in-house design services. 

  • Editing images in Photoshop.

  • Setting up ad tracking within Google/Facebook.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) review or work.


Pricing

  • 20-minute appointment: $20 USD
  • 50-minute appointment: $40 USD
  • All appointments are non-refundable.
  • Time slots are released up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Evening and weekend appointments are not available. 


Book a Time

  • All our appointments are held over a Zoom Meeting. 
  • A confirmation email with a Zoom Meeting Link will be sent after booking a time. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
  • Please connect from a computer to utilize screen sharing. 
  • You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your appointment using the rescheduling button in your confirmation email.
  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or reschedule, please submit a ticket.
