What’s Not Covered

  • Creating brand new liveedit or IINSite trial accounts (submit a ticket for assistance).

  • Updating billing info or reactivating canceled accounts (submit a ticket for assistance).

  • Website redesigns or major design changes, such as creating a new, fully designed page. For design projects, we offer in-house design services (submit a ticket for assistance).

  • Changes within your design that would require adjusting the template coding, such as changing the color scheme or fonts.

  • Editing images in Photoshop or creatng new graphics.

  • Setting up or configuring Google/Facebook ad tracking.


Pricing

  • 20-minutes: $20 USD
  • 50-minutes: $40 USD
  • All appointments are non-refundable.
  • Time slots are released up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Evening and weekend appointment are not available. 


Zoom

  • All our appointments are held over a Zoom Meeting. 
  • A confirmation email with a Zoom Meeting Link will be sent after booking a time. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
  • Please connect from a computer to utilize screen sharing. 
  • You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your appointment using the rescheduling button in your confirmation email.
  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or reschedule, please submit a ticket.
