For any quick questions about platform functionality or issues, we're also happy to assist via support ticket.

Pricing
- 20-minutes: $20 USD
- 50-minutes: $40 USD
- All appointments are non-refundable.
- Time slots are released up to 2 weeks in advance.
Zoom
- All our appointments are held over a Zoom Meeting.
- A confirmation email with a Zoom Meeting Link will be sent after booking a time. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
- Please connect from a computer to utilize screen sharing.
- You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your appointment using the rescheduling button in your confirmation email.
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or reschedule, please submit a ticket.
