What’s Outside the Scope of a Support Appointment
Creating IINSite trial accounts (please submit a ticket for assistance).
Updating billing info or reactivating canceled accounts (please submit a ticket for assistance).
Editing images in Photoshop.
Design changes that require updating code in your Design Template.
Setting up or configure Google or Facebook ad tracking.
Support Appointment Pricing
- 20-minutes: $20 USD
- 50-minutes: $40 USD
- All appointments are non-refundable.
- Time slots are released up to 2 weeks in advance.
Connecting to Your Support Appointment
- A confirmation email with a Zoom Meeting Link will be sent after booking a time. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
- Please connect from a computer to utilize screen sharing.
- You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your appointment using the rescheduling button in your confirmation email.
