If you'd like help making an edit or need a walkthrough, we encourage you to book a time for a screen share session. For any quick questions about platform functionality or issues, we're also happy to assist via support ticket.

What’s Not Covered

  • Creating IINSite trial accounts (submit a ticket for assistance).

  • Updating billing info or reactivating canceled accounts (submit a ticket for assistance).

  • Editing images in Photoshop.

  • Design changes that require updating code in your Design Template. 

  • Setting up or configure Google/Facebook ad tracking


Pricing

  • 20-minutes: $20 USD
  • 50-minutes: $40 USD
  • All appointments are non-refundable.
  • Time slots are released up to 2 weeks in advance.


Zoom

  • All our appointments are held over a Zoom Meeting. 
  • A confirmation email with a Zoom Meeting Link will be sent after booking a time. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
  • Please connect from a computer to utilize screen sharing. 
  • You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your appointment using the rescheduling button in your confirmation email.
  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or reschedule, please submit a ticket.
