What's Changing and Why
Your website connects to Mindbody through a behind-the-scenes link called an API. It is what lets your schedule, booking, and account features pull live information from Mindbody, so your clients can browse and book right from your site.
Mindbody is retiring the version of that link our integration depends on (API v5) on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Because liveedit's built-in Mindbody features rely on that version, they will stop working on the same date. After June 30th, any Mindbody schedules, booking pages, and account links built with liveedit's tools will no longer load information from Mindbody.
What do I need to do to keep Mindbody booking on my website?
The good news is that there is a simple, fully supported path forward. Mindbody's Branded Web Tools are official widgets that work seamlessly with your liveedit website, and they are quick and easy to install. They also run on Mindbody's newer technology, so you gain added features like family accounts and an improved booking experience. The guides below will help you get started and show you the common areas you would need to swap out each Mindbody feature on your site.
Accessing Mindbody Branded Web Tools
Branded Web Tools is managed through Mindbody's Branded Web Tool Manager:

Creating a Mindbody Branded Web Tool widget
- Log in to Mindbody's Branded Web Tool Manager: https://brandedweb.mindbodyonline.com/users/sign_in
- Navigate to the Widgets tab, then click Create New Widget.
- Adjust your desired Widget Settings on the left-hand panel.
- Once all set, click on Save & Deploy.
- Copy the provided code snippet.
Installing a Mindbody Branded Web Tool widget
- Log in to your liveedit website (How to Login)
- Navigate to the page you wish to add the widget to.
- Click Edit to jump into Edit Mode.
- Drag and drop an HTML Element into a content area.
- Paste your copied code snippet and then click Save Changes to save.
Where do I need to replace liveedit's Mindbody Elements and Links
Here are the most common pages to review and place Mindbody Branded Web Tools on:

Update your schedule page(s) to use the new Branded Web Tools Schedule Widget. Also, check your home page and any hidden pages, as schedule elements sometimes appear there as well. - Enrollment, Workshop, and Event Pages
Any pages that display enrollments, workshops, or events will need to be updated with the Branded Web Tools Enrollment Widget. - Appointment Pages
Replace your appointments display with the Branded Web Tools Appointment Widget. - Class Description Pages

Replace your staff listing with the Branded Web Tools Staff List Widget. - Forms
Any forms that previously sent data to Mindbody will still work as standard contact forms. If you'd like form submissions to continue flowing into your Mindbody account, we'll need to replace those forms with the Prospect Widget. - Login, My Account, and Register Links
Your login and account links will need to be updated to point to the new Branded Web Tools account link. - Buy Now Links
