What's Covered: 

  • Work one-on-one with a member of our US-based Design team over Zoom
  • Provide design guidance on your website's theme. For example, setting fonts and colors throughout your website.
  • Add content (text, images, video, etc.) on your behalf. 
  • Edit Images.
  • Make changes within the coding of your Design Template. For example: add or modify existing Content Areas.


What's Not Covered:

  • Website Launching. Please book a Support Appointment.
  • Search-engine-optimization (SEO) work such as keyword research and optimization.
  • Google or Facebook Ads Setup
  • Google Analytics or Tag Manager Setup.
  • Update Billing information.


How to connect after booking a time:

  • Appointments are held over Zoom.
  • Our team will not call you directly.
  • A confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link is sent to your inbox after booking a time.
  • If you don't see the confirmation email right away, please double-check your junk/spam folder.
  • We recommend joining Zoom from your computer instead of your phone to utilize screen sharing.
  • If you need to reschedule, please use the reschedule button within the confirmation email. Note, you may reschedule up to 1 hour before your scheduled time.
