Please Note:
- Appointments are non-refundable.

What's Covered:
- Work one-on-one with a member of our US-based Design team over Zoom.
- Provide design guidance on your website's theme. For example, setting fonts and colors throughout your website.
- Add content (text, images, video, etc.) on your behalf.
- Edit Images.
- Make changes within the coding of your Design Template. For example: add or modify existing Content Areas.
What's Not Covered:
- Website Launching. Please book a Support Appointment.
- Search-engine-optimization (SEO) work such as keyword research and optimization.
- Google or Facebook Ads Setup
- Google Analytics or Tag Manager Setup.
- Update Billing information.
How to connect after booking a time:
- Appointments are held over Zoom.
- Our team will not call you directly.
- A confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link is sent to your inbox after booking a time.
- If you don't see the confirmation email right away, please double-check your junk/spam folder.
- We recommend joining Zoom from your computer instead of your phone to utilize screen sharing.
- If you need to reschedule, please use the reschedule button within the confirmation email. Note, you may reschedule up to 1 hour before your scheduled time.
