Can I upgrade to an IINSite?

What's the difference between legacy and IINSite packages?

The core editing tools (e.g. adding images, text, blogging, recipes, and forms) are the same between the legacy and IINsite packages. The IINSite packages offer new and more modern design templates to better reflect the latest trends compared to the legacy ones.
