No search results are found or my time slots are not appearing?
If no search results appear, here are a few things to consider:
- Lower the Search date range setting to prevent searches from timing out.
- In Mindbody Business Mode, make sure the appointments slots are enabled for online reservations.
- Make sure your start time increments are correct in Mindbody Business Mode.
Why are my start time increments off?
With our Mindbody Appointments Element, the start time increments pull from a specific setting in your Mindbody Business Mode. It's called Scheduling Increments. You can access this setting by going to Manager Tools > Settings > Scheduling Increments. Under the Active Times For selector, make sure to select your appointment service.
For example, here is a setup if you wish to have clients schedule appointments every 30 minutes from 8 am to 8 pm.
