No search results are found or my time slots are not appearing?

If no search results appear, here are a few things to consider:

  1. Lower the Search date range setting to prevent searches from timing out.


  2. In Mindbody Business Mode, make sure the appointments slots are enabled for online reservations.
  3. Make sure your start time increments are correct in Mindbody Business Mode.

Why are my start time increments off?

With our Mindbody  Appointments Element, the start time increments pull from a specific setting in your Mindbody  Business Mode. It's called Scheduling Increments. You can access this setting by going to Manager Tools > Settings > Scheduling Increments. Under the Active Times For selector, make sure to select your appointment service. 


For example, here is a setup if you wish to have clients schedule appointments every 30 minutes from 8 am to 8 pm.
