What's Covered:
- Work one-on-one with a member of our US-based Support team over Zoom.
- Provide an overview of the available features and tools of liveedit.
- Walk you through how to make an edit, such as changing out text or an image.
- How to connect a domain and launch your website.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues you may be experiencing.
What's Not Covered:
- Add content (text, images, video, etc) on your behalf. Please book a Design Appointment instead.
- Updating Billing information.
- Photoshop Images.
- Coding changes to your Design Template.
- Google or Meta Ads Setup
- Search-engine-optimization (SEO) work such as keyword research and optimization.
How to connect after booking a time:
- Appointments are held over Zoom.
- Our team will not call you directly.
- A confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link is sent to your inbox after booking a time.
- If you don't see the confirmation email right away, please double-check your junk/spam folder.
- We recommend joining Zoom from your computer instead of your phone to utilize screen sharing.
- If you need to reschedule, please use the reschedule button within the confirmation email. Note, you may reschedule up to 1 hour before your scheduled time.
