Each time a visitor submits a form you've created with our form builder, an email notification will be sent to the email address added to the Receiver Email field. This field is accessed through the main settings of each form located in the Form services.
- All notification emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Multiple email addresses can be added to the Receiver Email if separated by a comma.
- If you do not see a recent email notifications within your inbox, please double-check your spam/junk folder.
- If you are using Gmail or Google Workspace, we recommend turning off "Converstation View" so the notification emails show in your inbox separately - https://support.google.com/mail/answer/5900
