What devices option are available?
When setting properties to a content area, you can select which device (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop) they should appear on. This gives you greater customization and control over how a content area can appear for mobile.
Do the properties inherit if nothing is set for a device?
- If you set a background image for Desktop, no background image for Tablet, and no background image for Mobile. All 3 devices will display the same background image.
- If you set a background image for Desktop, a different image for Tablet, and no background image for Mobile. Tablet and Mobile will display the same background image, while Desktop will have a different background image.
- If you set a background image for Desktop, no background image for Tablet, and a different background image for Mobile. Desktop and Tablet will have the same background image, Mobile will have a different background image.
How to set properties per device:
1. While in Edit Mode on a page, click on the pencil icon next to the name of the content area.
2. Choose your device in the top left-hand corner dropdown.
3. Apply any settings you wish to make for each of the options (Background, Border, Spacing, or Text) that will be specific to the device selected
4. Click Save to save your changes to apply your settings.
