When setting the properties for a content area, you have the ability to save those property settings as a preset. Saving a preset allows you to easily apply those same style settings and properties to multiple content areas throughout your website. This can be very helpful in setting up page headings to be consistent, creating Call-To-Action areas, or setting up a pricing or product page.
