We have released a feature to capture required client fields unique to your business after clients create a mindbody account through mindbody’s Identity Service.
To enable this option, please follow these steps:
Log in as an admin to your liveedit website.
Click on the Dashboard icon
Click on the Mindbody app icon
Click on Settings
Click on the Sign Ups/Forms tab
Check the Capture Required Profile Details After SSO Login option
Click Save Signups Settings
October 31st: Update Completed
The rollout of the new mindbody login experience has been completed for all our integrated mindbody customers to comply with mindbody’s mandatory change happening on the evening of October 31st, 2024.

October 15th: Important Update to the Login Experience
Starting October 31, 2024, mindbody will require all API (Application Program Interface) users to validate account logins through their new Identity Service (OAuth/SSO). As you may know, liveedit utilizes the mindbody API to facilitate our integration. To comply with this mindbody requirement, we will be making changes to our integration workflow.
These updates will modify the login and account creation processes to use mindbody's Identity Service, as mandated for all their partners. Once users logged into their mindbody account, they will be redirected to your liveedit website and continue as normal.
To ensure stability and minimize disruption, we will begin rolling out this new login experience starting October 15, 2024. We expect a seamless transition, however, if you encounter any issue, please do not hesitate to Submit a Ticket for assistance.
