Starting October 31, 2024, Mindbody will require all API (Application Program Interface) users to validate account logins through their new Identity Service. As you may know, liveedit utilizes the Mindbody API to facilitate our integration.
Mindbody will require all API users to validate account logins through their new Identity Service. To comply with this requirement, we will be making changes to our integration workflow.
These updates will modify the login and account creation processes to use Mindbody's Identity Service, as mandated for all their partners. Once account verification is complete, users will seamlessly return to your website and continue as normal.
To ensure stability and minimize disruption, we will begin rolling out this new login experience starting October 16, 2024. We expect a seamless transition, however, if you encounter any issue, please do not hesitate to Submit a Ticket for assistance.

Will existing guest need to create a new account or password? Existing guests may be prompted link their accounts and update their passwords for enhanced security after logging in for the first time.

Why are Required Client Fields not showing on mindbody’s Identity Service website? Mindbody's Identity Service currently doesn't support displaying required fields set up in your mindbody account. We are working on an additional update in the coming weeks to prompt guest to fill out required fields after returning to your liveedit website.
Where is the logo coming from that appears in the new login pop-up? The logo displayed in the new login pop-up is the one uploaded in your mindbody Business Mode settings.
Will this help eliminate duplicate accounts?
Mindbody's new Identity Service will help prevent duplicate accounts.
