Mindbody Integration Update - September 1st, 2022

To enhance the security of our Mindbody integration, the default score CAPTCHA on the integrated Mindbody checkout and account creations pages have been updated to a challenge CAPTCHA. This improved challenge CAPTCHA appears as a "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
